Michelle and Scott’s affection for each other really shows in everything they do together. Scott would give me a subtle signal to get my camera ready and the next thing I know, he’s lifted Michelle up and she starts screaming and laughing! Then in an instant, I would have Scott back in “Iceman” or “Duke Nukem” serious poses which he pulls of very well whilst Michelle will affectionately look at her superhero

We shot these photos at a beach in Port Melbourne where we were greeted with beautiful sunlight.

Wedding: Tegan and James

Upon arriving at the hotel room where Tegan was getting ready, there was a lot of moving around here and there, bridesmaids almost ready, Tegan’s parents getting things or preparing this and that but in the middle of it all was a very calm, happy, smiling Tegan

So calm in fact that when I looked at the blackboard leaning against the wall with a to-do list, nothing was checked off! But luckily, all was done anyway!

Then it was off to the Dandenong Mountains to Lyrebird Falls where the ceremony, reception, and groom awaits!
I couldn’t tell if James was calm or nervous… he’d be great at poker. But the thing that I could count on with him is being happy and relaxed for the photos of him and the boys.

Not long after, Tegan arrives and everyone’s breath was taken away when her dad walked her down the aisle.

Wedding: Sharon and Ramsey

It’s been a while since I’ve seen doves released at a ceremony and it brought back great childhood memories when I was a ring-bearer!

Wedding: Emma and Mike

To call Mike my brutha-from-anotha-mutha would be an understatement! Seriously, there are times where we finish each other’s sentences, we like the exact same food (we’d be ordering the same kind of kebab!), and I just love hanging out with this guy! Apart from me being Filipino and him being Australian, we’re pretty much brothers! Anyway, enough about Mike and I, because Emma might be rolling her eyes by now (which she does whenever Mike and I goof around)

So I get to Emma’s place where she’s getting ready and she’s absolutely beautiful, the dress is beautiful, the home is beautiful, the light is beautiful… you get the picture (pun intended!)

Her bridesmaids and Mike groomsmen were a lot of fun, they really liven up the mood, not that it wasn’t already lively! I can remember from their engagement shoot our discussion that Mike and I would muck around too much on the wedding day. I’m happy to report that we both mucked around and got great shots from them

I can’t wait to shoot their wedding in February! Time’s moving fast… seems like only yesterday I met them and even talked to Brendan about doing a model car shoot with his car

Wedding: Lauren and Damian

I’ve known Damian for quite a while and when he told me that he was getting married, I was over the moon for him. When he and Lauren asked if I can shoot their wedding, I was truly honoured.

They’re such beautiful people… warm hearted and kind. You can really see the love and care they have for each other and Reed (their cute baby) embodies that!

During the ceremony, the guests found it entertaining that Lauren, Damian, and the celebrant were concentrating to complete the wedding ceremony because Reed wanted their attention! I’ve seen how much love and attention they give their son and when they were at the altar and couldn’t hold Reed to comfort him, it seemed like an eternity… Reed really wanted to be up there with them!

The reception was held at Bram Leigh in Croydon. The decorations, band, cake, everything was just perfect.
The speeches were really heart felt and there were a few tears that went around the room.

I’m really happy to have been part of this wedding
